Product Engineer (AI) — TypeScript & Product Engineering

Parity is hiring a full-time Product Engineer (AI) within its Acceleration department to help shape developer-facing products and ecosystem tooling across the Polkadot network. The role sits on the Product Engineering team and focuses on full-lifecycle product delivery, AI-augmented development workflows, rapid MVP iteration, and scalable web application engineering.
Candidates will work with TypeScript, React, frontend architecture, and modern build pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders and users to solve complex developer and ecosystem challenges.
This remote role is suited for engineers comfortable operating autonomously, making product decisions under ambiguity, and shipping production-ready software in fast-moving blockchain infrastructure roles. The team is focused on accelerating platform adoption through tooling, integrations, and developer-focused experiences.

🔹 Responsibilities
• Lead feature delivery from problem discovery and scoping through deployment and iteration
• Use AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude to improve development velocity and workflow efficiency
• Make autonomous product and engineering decisions in environments with incomplete specifications
• Rapidly deploy MVPs to gather user feedback and validate solutions
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and users to understand pain points and translate them into scalable software
• Work across teams to remove blockers and maintain consistent delivery momentum
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap execution within the Product Engineering team

• Experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications
