Tokenization and Investment Operations Specialist — DeFi Operations

Centrifuge is building infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets and operates across multiple blockchain ecosystems supporting institutional-grade onchain finance products. This remote role focuses on managing live tokenized asset funds and supporting operational workflows connecting traditional finance systems with DeFi infrastructure. The position involves stablecoin settlements, smart contract interactions, liquidity routing, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes across onchain and offchain systems. 

Candidates will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams while contributing to blockchain infrastructure roles tied to tokenized investment products. The role suits professionals experienced with DeFi protocols, cross-chain transactions, MPC wallets, and operational finance environments requiring precision, automation readiness, and strong ownership in a fast-moving distributed team.

Scaling a web3 team requires operational specialists who can bridge financial systems with decentralized infrastructure.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Coordinate stablecoin settlements for live tokenized asset funds
• Oversee tokenized share issuance using ERC-4626 and ERC-7540 standards
• Manage smart contract interactions and MPC wallet workflows including multisig approvals and transaction policies
• Direct cross-chain liquidity routing and connect tokenized RWA products with DeFi protocols including Sky, Aave, and Morpho
• Design automated reconciliation workflows between onchain and offchain systems
• Analyze wallet activity, token flows, and DeFi transactions for operational insights
• Monitor liquidity pool health and support regulatory reporting processes
• Maintain transaction logs and prepare daily and monthly financial reports
• Coordinate with fund administrators on fee and cost accounting
• Track fund performance metrics and build intelligent alerting systems
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to improve platform functionality and workflows

🔹 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with onchain transactions, decentralized liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges
• Experience using MPC wallets or multi-signature tooling such as Fireblocks or Safe
• Ability to read and analyze onchain data using tools like Dune, Etherscan, and Tenderly
• Proficiency in Excel, databases, and scripting with Python or JavaScript, or demonstrated experience using LLMs and AI agents for workflow automation
• Strong attention to detail for accounting validation, transaction auditing, and smart contract interactions
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across Product, Engineering, and Asset Management stakeholders
