Plum Network

Remote · United States, Canada

Full Time Posted: May 15, 2026
Job description

Plum network is building an EVM-compatible blockchain focused on real-world assets and tokenized finance infrastructure. The engineering team is developing smart contract systems that support tokenization, account abstraction, onboarding flows, and decentralized finance integrations across the Plume ecosystem. This remote Solidity engineering role focuses on deploying production-grade EVM smart contracts, supporting ecosystem integrations, and designing indexing and offchain infrastructure tied to incentivized testnet systems.

Engineers will work closely with product teams and leadership to build scalable web3 smart contract roles across tokenized capital markets, blockchain onboarding systems, and DeFi infrastructure. The role is designed for engineers comfortable shipping quickly, iterating on audits, and contributing to early-stage blockchain infrastructure development.

Hire solidity developers for DeFi ecosystems that require secure EVM deployments, scalable onboarding flows, and tokenized asset infrastructure.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Deploy Solidity smart contracts supporting RWA tokenization, KYC attestations, and account abstraction
• Work with product engineers to integrate smart contract functionality into onboarding and platform applications
• Design and implement smart contract, indexing, and offchain infrastructure supporting incentivized testnet systems
• Build smart contracts and standards supporting tokenized capital markets
• Support ecosystem companies deploying on Plume with smart contract issues and feature requests
• Design smart contracts supporting core platform functionality and testnet infrastructure
• Prepare smart contract codebases for external auditors and iterate on audit feedback
• Brainstorm and propose new dApps and product experiences for the Plume mainnet ecosystem
• Mentor junior smart contract engineers and participate in technical hiring processes

Blockchain infrastructure roles increasingly require engineers capable of balancing smart contract security, ecosystem integrations, and rapid product iteration.

🔹 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience at a startup or large technology company
• 1+ years of smart contract development experience
• At least one live deployed project on a mainnet EVM blockchain
• Must be located in the United States or Canada
• Candidates without a computer science or engineering degree must demonstrate exceptional work history
• Ability to complete an automated coding screen in any programming language
• Ability to complete a one-hour engineering interview and four-hour paid onsite work trial

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position within the Research & Development organization
• Opportunity to work directly with leadership and early engineering teams
• Exposure to Solidity development, account abstraction systems, and tokenized capital market infrastructure
• Participation in audit preparation, ecosystem support, and mainnet product architecture
• Collaborative environment with experienced professionals from crypto, finance, and technology sectors
