Role Summary

Zerion is looking for a Senior Product Engineer, Frontend to join the core team building the flagship Zerion Wallet. You will bridge product design and frontend engineering—taking ownership of not just whether an interface works, but how it feels to use. In this role, you will build fluid, high-performance user interfaces, evolve frontend component abstractions, and leverage AI-native developer workflows to ship delightful consumer Web3 experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Experience Ownership: Build, polish, and maintain high-performance web applications and extension interfaces for Zerion Wallet.
Component Architecture: Design and evolve modular, reusable component systems, UI abstractions, and complex interaction patterns.
Performance & Accessibility: Maintain a high standard for rendering performance, snappy UI transitions, cross-browser consistency, and accessibility.
Product Collaboration: Partner closely with designers and product leads to challenge solutions when an experience isn’t intuitive enough, proactively identifying areas for UX improvements.
AI-Native Engineering: Integrate AI-assisted workflows into your daily development cycle for rapid exploration, implementation, debugging, and iteration.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Haves

Frontend Mastery: Deep production expertise in React, TypeScript, modern HTML/CSS, browser APIs, and scalable frontend architectures.
UI/UX Craft: Demonstrated experience building responsive, highly interactive web applications where perceived speed and fluid transitions matter.
Reusable Systems: Proven experience creating reusable component libraries and clean frontend abstractions.
Engineering Mindset: Strong understanding of web performance optimization, memory management, and cross-browser quirks.
Communication & Autonomy: Clear, proactive written communication with the ability to thrive in an asynchronous, distributed environment.

Nice-to-Haves

Hands-on experience developing and publishing Browser Extensions.
Direct Web3 product experience: interacting with non-custodial wallets, dApps, EVM transactions, or DeFi protocols.
