Senior BD Associate

Ethena Labs is hiring a Senior Business Development Associate to expand adoption of its digital dollar products, including USDe, USDtb, and institutional offerings. The role focuses on sourcing and closing partnerships across DeFi, exchanges, wallets, fintech platforms, and liquidity networks.

You will work closely with commercial, product, legal, and technical teams to support integrations, coordinate go-to-market efforts, and strengthen Ethena’s ecosystem presence.

The position requires strong communication abilities, familiarity with stablecoins and DeFi markets, and a network spanning founders, operators, investors, and traders. This is a high-impact role for someone who can manage partnership cycles, evaluate opportunities, and represent the company externally.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and close partnership opportunities to expand the use of USDe and other Ethena products.
• Build relationships with liquidity providers, exchanges, wallets, payment firms, and blockchain foundations.
• Work with product and technical teams to support partner onboarding and integration processes.
• Conduct ongoing market research on asset issuance, DeFi trends, and regulatory developments.
• Manage deal execution, from outreach and negotiation to legal review and go-to-market coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and compliance teams on co-marketing and alignment activities.
• Represent Ethena Labs at events, calls, and community engagements to broaden industry presence.

🔹 Requirements

• Experience in partnerships, integrations, or growth roles at a crypto organization or fast-growing startup, with a focus on stablecoins or DeFi.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to operate effectively in a remote, fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with data and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Notion.
• Demonstrated success securing major partnerships or growth outcomes in previous roles.
• Established social presence to help promote Ethena products to wider audiences.
