Junior Product Manager — AI Product Management

OKX operates a global crypto exchange and develops products including OKX Wallet that enable access to digital asset trading and decentralized applications. The company is hiring a Junior Product Manager to support the development of an enterprise-grade AI Native engineering platform used across complex software engineering workflows.
The role focuses on product planning, AI-powered workflow design, and collaboration with engineering teams to embed AI capabilities throughout the software development lifecycle. Working closely with engineering stakeholders, the successful candidate will help define product features, evaluate adoption, and support continuous product improvements. This position aligns with blockchain infrastructure roles while emphasizing AI-driven engineering productivity and operational scalability.
🔹 Responsibilities
Participate in product planning, requirement analysis, solution design, and continuous evolution of the AI Native engineering platform.
Understand the complete engineering lifecycle and convert collaboration workflows across product, design, engineering, QA, and operations into structured product solutions.
Design and implement AI Agent capabilities for engineering use cases, including requirement analysis, solution generation, coding collaboration, test generation, environment orchestration, and knowledge management.
Drive integrations between AI capabilities and code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, deployment environments, and knowledge platforms to deliver a unified engineering experience.
Establish product effectiveness metrics, collect user feedback, support continuous optimization, and contribute to scaling the platform from pilot deployments to broader organizational adoption.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates with outstanding internships or relevant extracurricular experience are encouraged to apply.
Software Engineering or Computer Science background required to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Familiarity with mainstream AI coding products and practical knowledge of Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot.
Understanding of context engineering, knowledge input, tool integration, human-in-the-loop collaboration, and AI governance considerations.
