🔹 Responsibilities
Design and deploy AI-powered compliance automation solutions supporting alert pre-screening, regulatory summaries, audit documentation, EDD reports, and transaction analysis workflows.
Build agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python, MCP, and API-connected compliance systems with human oversight and approval controls.
Develop scalable analytics systems generating repeatable compliance and risk insights for leadership and regulators.
Apply AI-driven text analysis, workflow automation, and transaction pattern recognition to identify actionable compliance signals from high-volume datasets.
Build audit trails, regulatory awareness controls, error handling systems, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints into production compliance systems.
Ensure all automations align with GDPR, AML retention policies, customer PII handling, and cross-jurisdictional regulatory obligations.
Maintain governance, audit logging, access controls, and documentation standards for AI systems handling regulated financial data.
Train compliance teams on AI-assisted workflows and track operational improvements across review times, throughput, and analyst efficiency metrics.

🔹 Requirements
8+ years of experience in compliance operations, financial crime, regulatory technology, or combined technical compliance roles.
Strong experience designing, deploying, and operationalizing AI-powered workflows in production environments.
Deep knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions monitoring, transaction surveillance, capital markets compliance, and data privacy frameworks.
Strong hands-on expertise with AI tooling including n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK, and API-based compliance integrations.
Ability to move from discovery and design through deployment and optimization without reliance on external consultants.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for automating complex compliance processes.
Understanding of GDPR, FATF standards, BSA requirements, AML data retention obligations, and customer PII classification practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-have experience includes Actimize, Quantexa, sanctions systems, spreadsheet automation, transaction analytics, RegTech platforms, and compliance automation in crypto, fintech, payments, or regulated financial institutions.
