Your practical navigation hub for Web3 job search struggles, blockchain career transitions, resume proof, portfolio trust, fresher entry paths, and interview preparation — all mapped in one place.

If you are actively searching for a blockchain or Web3 job, switching from another domain, fixing a resume that is not getting replies, or trying to understand what proof actually helps candidates get shortlisted, this hub is built for you.

AOB has many real discussions around Web3 job search struggles, blockchain career transitions, resume proof, portfolio trust, fresher entry paths, and interview preparation. This page does not try to answer every career question in one place. It helps you choose the right AOB discussion, article, job-board route, or CV/proof resource based on where your Web3 job search is stuck.

Quick map of this hub

  1. If your Web3 job search feels stuck

Start here if you are applying but not getting replies, recovering from a bad first blockchain job experience, or unsure why your applications are not converting into interviews.

  1. If you are switching from Web2, cloud, fintech, BA, QA, or another domain

This lane is for professionals who are not starting from zero but still need to translate existing experience into a blockchain career path. The real issue is usually not only “Can I switch?” but “Which Web3 role can trust my existing proof?”

  1. If your resume, GitHub, or portfolio is not creating trust

Use this lane when your work exists but recruiters cannot quickly understand your role fit, project proof, ownership, or shortlist signal. In proof-based hiring in Web3, a blockchain resume is not only a list of tools; it should connect projects, GitHub, portfolio, and role narrative clearly.

  1. If you are a fresher or beginner trying to enter Web3

This lane is for candidates who are still building direction, first projects, internships, or basic credibility. Start with realistic entry paths before chasing advanced role titles.

  1. If you are confused about what to study next

Use this lane when your learning path is scattered across Solidity, DeFi, smart contract auditing, testing, infrastructure, or security topics. The goal is to connect learning with interview proof, not collect random courses.

If your next step is not only reading but fixing your proof, AOB’s paid CV review can help you check whether your resume, GitHub, portfolio, and role narrative are creating a clear Web3 shortlist signal before you send more applications.

Founder note

At AOB, I keep seeing one pattern in Web3 job search discussions: candidates rarely struggle only because they lack effort. Many struggle because their proof is scattered — the resume says one thing, GitHub shows another thing, the portfolio lacks context, and the target role is not clear enough for a recruiter or founder to trust quickly.

In a Web3 job search, the real gap is often not only skill, but how clearly a candidate can connect a blockchain resume, GitHub proof, portfolio case studies, and role narrative for a Web3 shortlist trust.

That is why this hub is structured as a navigation page. The goal is to help candidates move from confusion to the right next action: fix proof, study with direction, prepare for interviews, check curated Web3 jobs, or ask a sharper career question inside the community.

This hub feels useful because most of us don’t know where our Web3 job search is actually weak. Sometimes we keep applying for blockchain jobs, but our resume, GitHub projects, portfolio explanation, and role narrative are not connected clearly enough for recruiters to trust us.

The part about choosing the right path instead of randomly collecting courses is important. I think freshers need more guidance on how to build early proof for blockchain internships and junior Web3 roles, not just a long list of skills to learn.
