As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of features across frontend and backend systems, working on content platforms, crypto data pipelines, and performance optimization. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and shaping architectural decisions in a fast-moving environment. This aligns with blockchain infrastructure roles, where remote engineering teams deliver high-performance systems supporting data-intensive products and analytics use cases.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across frontend (Vue, Nuxt, Tailwind) and backend (Node.js/Bun.js, Nitro, PHP, Laravel, Postgres, GraphQL, Redis)
• Use AI tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor) for code generation, debugging, and documentation
• Collaborate with design, editorial, research, and engineering teams to deliver product features
• Implement analytics, logging, and performance tracking systems
• Own and improve systems related to membership, payments, and content access
• Contribute to frontend and backend architecture decisions and best practices
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and pair programming
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, QA tooling, and deployment workflows

🔹 Requirements

• 6–8 years of full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems
• Frontend: Vue, Nuxt, Vuex, TailwindCSS, PWAs, SASS/SCSS, BEM, responsive design
• Backend: Node.js with structured frameworks (NestJS, Nuxt/Nitro, Laravel), Postgres, GraphQL, Redis/memcached
• Strong experience with Git/GitHub workflows in remote teams
• Proficiency with Unix command line and DevOps tools (Docker, Vagrant, or similar)
• Understanding of web analytics and performance monitoring
• Experience with payment and subscription systems
• Familiarity with ESP APIs and email workflows

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of crypto, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure
• Experience with BI tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Domo)
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows
• Interest in finance, markets, and crypto ecosystem

Remote-first hiring in web3 continues to prioritize engineers who can operate across full-stack systems, async collaboration, and performance-focused product environments.
