🔹 Responsibilities

Contributing to web3 infrastructure roles often requires strong operational ownership and scalable automation practices across engineering environments.

• Automate recurring platform operations, deployment workflows, and infrastructure-related tasks through scripting and infrastructure automation.

• Support the maintenance and improvement of scalable cloud-native infrastructure environments.

• Collaborate with senior platform engineers on Kubernetes operations, CI/CD pipelines, observability systems, and infrastructure as code initiatives.

• Improve developer experience by enhancing internal platform usability, reliability, workflows, and documentation.

• Contribute improvements that increase platform stability, performance, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Work cross-functionally with development, operations, and security teams to translate operational requirements into practical platform solutions.

🔹 Requirements

Strong platform engineering environments often prioritize candidates with experience in remote web3 jobs and distributed engineering collaboration.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud, DevOps, or software engineering environments, including internships or relevant projects.

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized applications such as Azure, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, CI/CD tooling, Helm, GitOps concepts such as ArgoCD, or observability platforms.

• Programming or scripting experience with Python, TypeScript, C#, or similar languages.

• Interest in platform engineering, automation, and improving software delivery and operational workflows.

• Ability to coach junior engineers and take ownership of platform components and tooling.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• German language knowledge is considered a plus.

• Exposure to developer platforms such as Backstage is beneficial but not required.

• Experience working within agile engineering environments is a plus.

• Understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident response fundamentals is beneficial.
