Alchemy provides developer infrastructure, APIs, and tooling used to build and scale onchain applications and rollups. The Solutions Engineer role works closely with strategic customers to design, optimize, and extend their use of Alchemy’s infrastructure. This position combines systems design, hands-on coding, and customer-facing collaboration.

You will advise teams on architecture decisions, help integrate Alchemy’s products into production systems, and prototype solutions to support advanced use cases. The role also involves translating customer feedback into actionable insights for internal product and engineering teams. This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on long-term adoption and system performance rather than traditional support.

🔹 Responsibilities

Advise customers on designing, scaling, and optimizing systems built on Alchemy’s infrastructure
Support onboarding, integration, and long-term customer success by understanding technical and business goals
Write code and prototypes to help customers integrate and extend Alchemy’s platform
Act as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing blockers and future planning
Translate customer needs into product feedback and roadmap input
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to improve the overall customer experience

🔹 Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical roles such as solutions engineering, software engineering, or developer relations
Strong understanding of systems design, APIs, and distributed architectures
Experience working directly with customers, preferably in B2B SaaS or infrastructure environments
Ability to read and write code using languages such as Python, TypeScript, or similar
Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Interest in blockchain technology and infrastructure systems
Experience working in high-growth or fast-moving environments is a plus
