🔹 Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support digital asset trading and settlement.
Improve system performance, scalability, and security across backend infrastructure.
Work closely with product and client-facing teams to build solutions supporting the complete trade lifecycle.
Contribute to an engineering culture focused on innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.
Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
🔹 Requirements
Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience using Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience developing and maintaining complex backend systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
Interest in financial technology; experience in cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets is beneficial but not required.
Must be local to the London headquarters.
