Token Metrics is a crypto-focused technology company building data-driven products for investors, including indices, rankings, and analytics powered by artificial intelligence. As a Smart Contract Engineer, you will work within the engineering team to design and deliver EVM-based infrastructure supporting privacy and scalability features across the Ethereum ecosystem.

The role involves building and deploying production smart contracts, such as cross-chain asset bridges and validation logic for private yet auditable transaction systems. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and external auditors, taking ownership of projects from early design through production deployment while ensuring security, correctness, and alignment with the broader product roadmap.

🔹 Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, and deploy smart contracts targeting the EVM
Collaborate with external auditors to review and assess smart contract security
Lead engineering initiatives from concept and design through production delivery
Work with engineering leadership and product teams to plan and execute realistic technical roadmaps

🔹 Requirements

3+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent experience in blockchain or smart contract development
Strong proficiency in Solidity, with familiarity working with EVM precompiles
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and smart contract security principles
Experience interacting with decentralized applications and Web3 systems
Proven ability to ship engineering projects and maintain them in production environments
