🔹 Responsibilities

• Implement smart contracts aligned with the performance capabilities of the Monad client.
• Identify gaps in the developer ecosystem and collaborate with core engineering to address them.
• Work directly with external application and infrastructure teams to provide technical support and unblock development efforts.

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years writing Solidity smart contracts.
• Prior blockchain engineering experience at a Layer-1, Layer-2, or infrastructure project.
• Expertise with tools such as Foundry and Hardhat, and strong understanding of application-layer vulnerabilities.
• Backend engineering experience in C, C++, or Rust.
• Proven ability to build significant systems from scratch, ideally with active users.
• Strong communication skills for discussions, reviews, and documentation.
• Alignment with team values: practical problem-solving, strong design instincts, exceptional execution, and rigorous development mindset.
