🔹 Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and participate in security reviews for core Solana programs and Solana-expanding protocols.
• Work with internal teams to gather requirements, evaluate business needs, and implement corresponding smart contract logic.
• Apply secure development practices and help establish future standards with security researchers.
• Stay informed on Solana tooling updates, ecosystem developments, and best practices.

🔹 Requirements

• Significant experience developing production Solana programs or production-grade Rust applications serving large user bases.
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes and drive initiatives independently.
• Strong focus on connecting engineering work to business priorities and questioning unclear impacts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
