The blockchain engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining core smart contract systems and on-chain components that support decentralized trading and cross-chain functionality.

The Senior Software Engineer (Blockchain) role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain architectures and smart contracts with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and security. The role works closely with product leadership, engineers, and auditors to deliver production-grade decentralized systems. This position also contributes to research, protocol improvements, and ongoing monitoring of emerging blockchain technologies.

🔹 Responsibilities

Design and optimize blockchain system architecture with attention to scalability, performance, and security
Lead development, auditing coordination, and integration of smart contracts for decentralized protocols
Conduct technical research, proofs of concept, and apply blockchain development best practices
Build and enhance cross-chain solutions, including swaps and bridging mechanisms
Develop gas-efficient algorithms and optimize on-chain execution costs
Define and maintain CI/CD processes for blockchain development workflows
Identify potential attack vectors and enforce security standards across codebases
Track and evaluate new blockchain, Web3, and crypto technologies
Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and uphold engineering standards
Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams to support product releases

🔹 Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in blockchain engineering
Strong knowledge of blockchain systems, smart contracts (Solidity, Yul, EVM), and decentralized applications
Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions (Optimistic and ZK rollups), and cross-chain protocols
Experience making architectural decisions and providing technical leadership
Proven background in blockchain security and smart contract auditing
