Crypto.com is building and scaling adjacent venture products within its broader cryptocurrency ecosystem. The Blockchain Engineering team develops and maintains scalable applications spanning frontend interfaces and backend infrastructure.

This Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer role focuses on blockchain QA automation across application and API layers. You will design and execute automated test plans, improve CI pipelines in GitHub, and build scalable automation frameworks using Python and related tooling. The position sits within blockchain infrastructure roles, working closely with engineering and product teams to shorten release cycles and improve quality across distributed systems. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Singapore.

This role contributes to blockchain infrastructure roles where release velocity must align with reliability across complex systems.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test plans and test cases with a focus on code-driven QA solutions
• Estimate testing efforts, analyze results, and communicate defect metrics
• Maintain and enhance test frameworks, tools, and automation technologies
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to define validation strategies
• Execute and manage test cases, reporting defects and performance metrics
• Build and troubleshoot automated test scenarios across systems
• Contribute to functional, regression, and performance automation solutions
• Support CI pipeline development in GitHub and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify process gaps and improve internal automation tooling
• Maintain quality standards in a fast-evolving engineering environment

🔹 Requirements

• Experience in Blockchain QA
• Experience in app and API testing, with strong emphasis on automated testing throughout the SDLC
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TestNG, Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber
• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory); familiarity with JavaScript (preferred), Rust, Golang, or Java
• Solid understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading
• Ability to translate functional requirements into structured test plans and cases
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with CI practices, preferably GitHub-based workflows
• Experience in agile environments
• Ability to work across Windows and Linux systems
• Active participation in code reviews and adherence to coding standards
