Product Manager — Product Operations

Ondo Finance develops institutional-grade blockchain investment products focused on tokenized real-world assets, decentralized finance infrastructure, and tokenized US Treasuries. The company operates both a technology division building DeFi systems and an asset management division managing tokenized funds for crypto and traditional financial markets. Its remote-first team is distributed across the United States.

This full-time Product Manager role is focused on product operations, execution quality, and cross-functional delivery across multiple blockchain infrastructure initiatives. The position works closely with Engineering, Security, Design, GTM, Operations, Strategy, and Business Development teams to maintain execution rhythm, coordinate dependencies, validate KPIs, and operationalize product delivery workflows. 

Candidates interested in blockchain infrastructure roles and remote web3 jobs will contribute to roadmap execution, sprint operations, analytics-driven prioritization, and product documentation in a fast-moving DeFi and RWA environment.

Strong execution systems are essential when scaling a web3 team across distributed product and engineering functions.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Execute project plans across multiple product initiatives and maintain timely delivery targets
• Convert roadmaps into structured epics, tickets, milestones, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations teams
• Define and monitor timelines, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Manage sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and internal execution workflows
• Maintain detailed documentation and stakeholder communication across initiatives
• Use product analytics to validate assumptions and support prioritization decisions
• Support product discovery by organizing customer and partner research inputs for senior Product Managers

Structured delivery operations help build a web3 engineering team capable of shipping consistently across protocol and product initiatives.

🔹 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time experience in product management, program management, consulting, BizOps, or founder roles
• Familiarity with web3 or demonstrated evidence of learning and contribution within blockchain ecosystems
• Technical literacy in programming or data query languages with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear and logical writing abilities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and execution follow-through
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments with a bias toward action
• Nice to have: exposure to DeFi or tokenized real-world assets (RWAs)
• Nice to have: basic understanding of frontend or UX practices
