    This role supports operational effectiveness and executive coordination within P2P.org’s growing organization. The Operations Manager will assist leadership through structured coordination, logistical execution, and efficient communication across teams. This position involves facilitating strategic sessions, managing executive schedules and requests, and supporting multi-stakeholder projects.

    The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate planning activities, and responsiveness to time-sensitive operational needs. This position contributes to maintaining operational clarity and momentum in a distributed team environment while supporting execution of emerging initiatives within the company.

    🔹 Responsibilities

    • Provide executive assistance focused on timely execution, task handling, and logistical support
    • Organize meetings and events for leadership with structured planning and proactive follow-up
    • Support project coordination by tracking budgets, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
    • Assist in identifying project milestones and understanding critical path dependencies
    • Facilitate structured multi-day planning sessions and workshops
    • Prepare material, run sessions, document outcomes, and ensure alignment with planned objectives
    • Act responsively to operational requests, ensuring closure and resolution of tasks
