Full-stack Developer (Founding Engineer) — TypeScript / React

Huzzle connects high-performing professionals with global companies across SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech ecosystems. This role is placed within an early-stage product environment where the founding team is building from zero to product-market fit, with direct involvement in core product and technical decisions.

The Founding Full-stack Developer owns end-to-end system development, including frontend user experience, backend architecture, and scalable data systems. The role requires strong execution across TypeScript, React, and distributed systems, along with exposure to blockchain integrations and real-time infrastructure. This position aligns with blockchain infrastructure roles, where product engineering intersects with data systems, indexing, and modern authentication layers in a remote, contractor-based setup.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of core product features across the fullstack with focus on frontend performance and UX
• Collaborate with founders, designers, and early users to iterate and refine product experience
• Design and maintain backend systems including PostgreSQL schemas and Row-Level Security (RLS) via Supabase
• Develop and manage APIs, backend services, and workers for real-time applications
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user interfaces
• Make architecture and infrastructure decisions balancing scalability, speed, and reliability
• Build systems that scale from early-stage launch to growth phases
• Integrate with blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts
• Own blockchain indexing systems for real-time functionality
• Implement authentication systems including WebAuthn-based flows
• Work with fintech and infrastructure providers for secure integrations
• Contribute to product strategy, experimentation, and iteration
• Establish engineering practices focused on performance, quality, and security

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a senior, high-ownership role
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React for production-grade frontend systems
• Backend and systems experience; familiarity with Go or low-level system design is a plus
• Experience with PostgreSQL and scalable data architecture
• Proven experience building and shipping complex user-facing applications
• Interest in finance, blockchain/Web3, consumer applications, and AI/LLMs
• Strong security-first mindset with focus on data integrity and resilience
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills aligned with early-stage teams
