AI Content Specialist — AI Content Creation

Ondo Finance is building institutional-grade blockchain-enabled investment products focused on tokenized real-world assets, decentralized finance infrastructure, and tokenized US Treasuries. The company operates with a fully remote team across the United States and works at the intersection of crypto infrastructure, asset management, and blockchain investment technology.

This remote part-time role sits within the Marketing team and focuses on scaling AI-assisted visual and video production workflows for social media and broader campaign initiatives. The position combines hands-on creative execution with operational ownership across tooling experimentation, rapid content prototyping, and workflow documentation. 

Candidates with experience in remote web3 jobs and AI-driven production systems will work closely with Marketing and Design teams to maintain institutional-grade brand standards while evaluating emerging generative AI platforms including Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, and Veo.

Building repeatable systems is central to scaling a web3 team effectively.

Supporting blockchain infrastructure roles often requires fast iteration across creative tooling and operational workflows.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality image and video assets for social media campaigns and broader marketing initiatives
• Use evolving generative AI tooling stacks to create new visual formats, creative styles, and rapid prototyping workflows
• Document findings from AI tooling experiments and establish repeatable operational best practices
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to ensure all generated assets align with campaign objectives and institutional-grade quality standards
• Monitor emerging AI model releases and identify tooling opportunities that improve production velocity and creative quality

Strong experimentation workflows are increasingly important for web3 talent acquisition strategy across fast-moving marketing teams.

🔹 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with AI image and video generation platforms including Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Sora, Veo, and related tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual quality, composition, branding consistency, and video output capabilities
• Ability to independently experiment with new tooling and transform raw AI capabilities into repeatable production systems
• Proven adaptability in fast-moving and ambiguous operating environments where workflows evolve rapidly
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to iterate quickly from creative feedback

 • Clear communication skills with the ability to document AI workflows and explain operational processes to broader teams
