    I’ve seen talented testers stuck as individual contributors for years because they never learn to “own” quality beyond tests. In blockchain teams, QA leads need to balance security thinking, communication, and release coordination.

    Even as junior, I volunteered to own the bug triage meeting. Scary at first, but I learned to speak with confidence and build trust. Leads are just people who decided to speak first.
