Jito Labs builds high-performance distributed systems on Solana, including the Jito-Solana client and block-building infrastructure used by validators and MEV participants. The team operates as a small, profitable engineering-focused company working on production-grade blockchain infrastructure.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will act as a technical point of contact for users of Jito Labs products, diagnosing issues and supporting integrations across MEV, validator, and API workflows. The role combines customer-facing problem solving with hands-on technical work, including maintaining libraries, documentation, and demo applications. You will work closely with internal engineering teams to triage issues, surface product gaps, and ensure customer feedback informs ongoing system improvements.

🔹 Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain client libraries across multiple programming languages for Jito Labs APIs and products.
Maintain and improve technical documentation based on evolving products and customer usage patterns.
Act as a technical subject-matter expert for Jito Labs systems, including MEV infrastructure and Solana-related components.
Build demo applications showcasing Jito Labs’ MEV and infrastructure capabilities.
Investigate, summarize, and triage customer-reported issues to inform product and engineering teams.
Use Jito Labs products directly to understand and debug issues from a customer perspective.

🔹 Requirements

Experience with Git and modern programming languages such as Rust, Python, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Familiarity with database technologies including ClickHouse and SQL.
Ability to read and debug production Rust codebases.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating between customers, engineers, and leadership.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities and a willingness to learn.

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: USD 150,000 – 170,000.
