Senior Infrastructure Engineer — Kubernetes, AWS

Paradex is a decentralized finance platform integrating exchange, asset management, and borrow/lend primitives into a unified account system. This role sits within blockchain infrastructure roles supporting high-volume DeFi systems with significant uptime and performance demands.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead site reliability efforts across multi-datacenter cloud environments, primarily using AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. The role includes managing multiple Kubernetes clusters, strengthening cloud security posture, responding to production incidents, and guiding engineering best practices. You will work closely with senior leadership while maintaining direct ownership of infrastructure design, deployment, and operational resilience in a remote setup based in Singapore.

This position supports core DeFi systems where reliability, performance, and security are foundational to scaling a web3 team operating high-volume financial infrastructure.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Own site reliability processes from design through deployment, ensuring scalable and secure systems
• Manage and optimize multiple Kubernetes clusters across environments
• Build and maintain core infrastructure services supporting the trading and financial platform
• Respond to and resolve production incidents with minimal downtime
• Guide software engineers on infrastructure and reliability best practices
• Contribute to building and evolving a high-performance infrastructure engineering function
