As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will build and optimize backend services, APIs, and cross-platform infrastructure that bridge blockchain networks and consumer-facing applications. The position includes working on Solana client integrations, improving transaction landing reliability, and designing systems that adapt to evolving network conditions. This is a full-time remote web3 job centered on performance engineering, distributed systems, and transaction infrastructure.

This role focuses on high-performance transaction systems that define wallet reliability standards across blockchain networks.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines connecting blockchain systems to user-facing applications
• Contribute to cross-platform client infrastructure and frontend-adjacent systems in Rust
• Design and optimize transaction landing systems to ensure fast and consistent execution across changing Solana network conditions
• Architect order flow strategies to improve execution quality and value capture
• Monitor Solana ecosystem developments (e.g., validator dynamics, client changes, SIMD proposals) and adapt infrastructure accordingly
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to build resilient wallet transaction infrastructure

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on Rust experience
• Proven contributions to Solana client development or maintained forks

• Professional-level English communication skills (written and spoken)
