Mesh builds infrastructure that enables consumers and businesses to pay and get paid with any asset by connecting wallets, applications, and payment flows across on-chain and off-chain systems. The Staff Full Stack Engineer (Web3) designs, builds, and operates production systems used by real customers at scale. This role owns features across frontend, backend, and blockchain components and leads the implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, and settlements.

Working closely with product and design teams, the engineer translates ambiguous requirements into reliable technical solutions while improving system security, performance, and reliability. The position is remote within Europe.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production Web3 systems used by customers.
• Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components.
• Lead implementation of wallet, transaction, settlement, and orchestration workflows.
• Partner with product, design, and external teams on solution design.
• Improve system reliability, security, and performance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices and architecture reviews.
• Lead large-scale technical initiatives and influence technical direction.

🔹 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 systems, including wallets, dApps, RPCs, and indexing.
• Familiarity with DeFi primitives such as swaps, lending, or trading platforms.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, backend services, and smart contracts.
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles and security considerations.
• Experience building scalable, observable distributed systems.
• Willingness to expand scope across frontend, backend, and blockchain systems.
