The Solutions Architect guides customers from contract signing through launch and scale, acting as a technical expert on Mesh APIs and SDKs. This role designs implementation strategies, supports customer engineering teams, and creates playbooks that accelerate onboarding and adoption.

Working closely with sales, solutions engineers, and support teams, the Solutions Architect helps resolve technical challenges and improve customer experience across fintech and digital asset platforms. The position is remote within the United States and involves occasional travel.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from onboarding through scaled adoption.
• Design post-sales solutions including analytics, processes, and documentation.
• Optimize tools and data workflows to improve customer experience.
• Guide customer engineering teams on API and SDK best practices.
• Triage and resolve technical issues across customers and internal teams.
• Create implementation playbooks and onboarding guides.
• Partner cross-functionally and lead technical deep dives.
• Stay current on industry trends and travel approximately once per month.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting APIs and integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and modern tooling.
• Working knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and fintech use cases.
• Experience in early-stage or startup environments preferred.
