The Role

We’re hiring a Software Project Manager to help drive excellence across our engineering teams.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, ensuring projects are well-organized, timelines are realistic, and teams are empowered to deliver. You’ll serve as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that ideas turn into deliverables that push blockchain innovation forward.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain agile workflows that are both scalable and sustainable.
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of complex software products from concept to release.
Manage release planning, prioritization, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Facilitate open communication between stakeholders and engineering teams.
Continuously refine project management practices to maximize efficiency and team satisfaction.
Build authentic relationships within distributed teams to ensure alignment and motivation.
Keep stakeholders informed with clear, data-driven progress updates and milestone reports.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience leading enterprise-scale software projects.
Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Strong communication and organizational skills; you thrive in distributed team settings.
Ability to handle ambiguity with confidence, balancing adaptability and focus.
Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Comfort managing multiple priorities while fostering collaboration and trust.
Bonus Points
Experience in Web3 or blockchain-based products.
Exposure to B2B SaaS or infrastructure-level platforms.
Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem and decentralized product delivery cycles.
