We’re now expanding our trading capabilities — and we’re looking for a Software Engineer who’s eager to build the infrastructure behind next-generation crypto trading experiences.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop core trading systems: Implement APIs, data pipelines, and backend services that seamlessly integrate on-chain data with user-facing experiences.
Integrate new trading protocols: Work on connecting multiple trading engines, aggregators, and liquidity layers across ecosystems.
Drive experimentation: Explore new trade types, user segments, and transaction surfaces to enhance user engagement.
Expand Phantom’s multi-chain ecosystem: Lead initiatives supporting upcoming blockchain integrations and complementary products.
Collaborate directly with users and developers: Engage with our global community to troubleshoot, collect feedback, and iterate rapidly.
Build with excellence: Contribute to a high-performing engineering culture that values collaboration, security, and code quality.

Requirement

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in full-time software engineering roles.
Demonstrated passion for open, community-led platforms.
Experience in trading systems or financial infrastructure is a strong plus.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
