Software Engineer, Backend

Validation Cloud is a Web3 infrastructure company providing products across Node API, Staking, and Data x AI, supporting large-scale blockchain access and analytics. Its platform is used to deliver low-latency node connectivity, staking operations, and data-driven workflows for institutional and ecosystem partners.

As a Backend Software Engineer, you will design and build core backend services that power Validation Cloud’s infrastructure. The role focuses on developing fast, reliable, and globally scalable systems, contributing to APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and blockchain integrations. You will work closely with other engineers across product lines while helping maintain performance, reliability, and security across distributed systems.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance APIs that provide resilient access to blockchain nodes.

• Develop customer management, access control, and billing-related backend systems.

• Scale backend services for data ingestion, storage, and query workloads.

• Implement and maintain integrations with blockchain networks and ecosystem partners.

• Contribute to the reliability and performance of globally distributed systems.

🔹 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Proven experience delivering well-tested, production-quality code.

• Proficiency in Go for backend development.

• Solid understanding of database systems.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Availability to work remotely, with a strong preference for candidates based in Europe.
