The Senior SRE Engineer will strengthen and automate the reliability, observability, and security of multi-regional infrastructure that supports staking and DeFi products. The role focuses on designing and maintaining automated deployment and monitoring systems, preventing incidents through proactive detection, and improving operational transparency via tooling and documentation.

You will enable teams to use CI/CD, observability stacks, and secret management while driving cost, performance, and security optimizations. The position is fully remote across specified European and nearby regions and requires deep Kubernetes and modern SRE expertise.

🔹 Responsibilities
• Ensure reliability and scalability of multi-region infrastructure and shared platforms.
• Promote DevOps enablement: support CI/CD, observability, and secret-management usage.
• Design, maintain, and evolve automation for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Use data-driven methods to improve performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Proactively detect and mitigate system anomalies ahead of SLA impact.
• Maintain documentation and build tools to increase operational transparency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for rapid incident recovery and smooth operations.

🔹 Requirements
• At least 4 years of SRE experience.
• Advanced Kubernetes skills with 2+ years managing production clusters.
• Proficiency with ArgoCD and GitHub Actions; strong CI/CD automation knowledge.
• Experience operating VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, Loki, and OpenTelemetry stacks.
• Security-first mindset; experience with Vault (cluster management, Secrets Operator, Vault Injector) and least-privilege principles.
• Strong shell scripting plus Python or Golang proficiency.
• Proactive, collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• English at B2 level or higher.
