We’re looking for a Senior Rust Engineer who’s ready to play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation blockchain infrastructure. In this position, you’ll be directly involved in designing, building, and scaling core systems that power decentralized technologies. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong emphasis on ownership, technical depth, and mentorship.

You’ll collaborate with a world-class engineering team, influence architectural choices, and help evolve our product’s technical direction — while continuing to write robust, high-performance Rust code daily.

What You’ll Do

Develop, optimize, and maintain production-grade Rust codebases.
Own feature lifecycles end-to-end — from technical design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to key technical decisions.
Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges in blockchain systems.
Review peers’ code and ensure adherence to best practices in reliability and maintainability.
Mentor and support junior engineers to foster a strong culture of quality and collaboration.
Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and testing frameworks.
Take part in agile rituals — sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Occasionally participate in on-call duties to ensure system uptime and reliability.

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
5+ years of professional software development experience, with proven expertise in Rust.
In-depth understanding of Rust’s build ecosystem — Cargo, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
Experience working with blockchain infrastructure, particularly Ethereum or other decentralized networks.
Ability to navigate and refactor large-scale, complex codebases.
Strong grasp of Git and GitHub collaboration workflows.
Demonstrated experience writing thorough unit and integration tests.
A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Clear and confident communication skills in English.

Prior experience in cryptography, security engineering, or zero-knowledge proofs.

Knowledge of compilers, virtual machines, or low-level system internals.

Contributions to geth, reth, or similar open-source blockchain projects.
