Senior Product Manager — Fintech / Exchanges / Onchain Infra

OP Labs builds the infrastructure behind Optimism, enabling scalable Ethereum-based networks and enterprise-grade onchain systems. This role sits within blockchain infrastructure roles, focused on driving adoption of onchain financial services across fintech companies and crypto exchanges in the United States.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the roadmap for enterprise-facing products that help fintechs and exchanges integrate DeFi capabilities. The role involves working across SDKs, integrations, and infrastructure to enable trading, payments, and yield products onchain. You will collaborate with engineering, business, and ecosystem partners to deliver scalable solutions that support real-world financial use cases and enterprise onboarding.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for fintech and exchange integrations into onchain infrastructure
• Build deep understanding of enterprise customer needs across compliance, custody, and UX
• Launch and scale products enabling trading, payments, yield, and other onchain financial services
• Collaborate with DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, custodians, and ecosystem partners
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, BD, design, and marketing to deliver and iterate products

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, consumer finance, or crypto exchanges
• Strong ability to work with enterprise customers and translate needs into product requirements
• Technical understanding of custody, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations
• Knowledge of financial product mechanics such as trading, lending, or payments
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving regulatory and technical environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Alignment with the mission of open and accessible financial systems

🔹 Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $170,000 – $200,000 USD
