For years, developers in crypto have faced a major bottleneck — limited onchain compute power. Without scalable and low-cost transaction processing, decentralized applications can’t deliver seamless user experiences.

Rollups have become the modern solution to this — just as cloud servers powered scalability for Web2, rollups can now do the same for Web3. However, setting up and managing your own rollup chain is still complex and resource-heavy. That’s exactly where Conduit steps in.

As a rollup-native cloud platform, Conduit blends the proven reliability of Web2 infrastructure with the innovation of Web3 rollup tech, allowing anyone to quickly deploy and manage their own blockchain. We aim to make onchain computing as abundant and accessible as cloud computing once did for the internet.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will take charge of building and scaling Conduit’s core infrastructure platform. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and collaborate across GTM, engineering, and operations teams to define priorities, streamline development, and ship high-impact features for enterprise-grade customers on Ethereum.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments — fast-moving but structured enough to deliver at scale. You’ll lead initiatives from idea to launch, ensuring Conduit remains at the forefront of blockchain infrastructure innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development — from defining the problem to launching and iterating on solutions.

• Partner with engineering teams to ensure product goals align with technical feasibility and user needs.

• Bring clarity and structure to a dynamic environment, ensuring clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with the GTM team to craft product positioning, write documentation, and communicate complex ideas simply.

• Manage prioritization across teams — balancing timelines, features, and quality.

• Work alongside the CEO to translate vision and strategy into executable product roadmaps.

• Deeply understand customer pain points, infrastructure challenges, and the evolving Ethereum/rollup landscape.

• Help refine internal product frameworks to improve decision-making, team collaboration, and data-informed development.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B or infrastructure-focused domains (e.g., platforms, data systems, or developer tools).

• Proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch.

• Strong technical acumen — able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex systems.

• Excellent organization and communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.

• Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs in fast-paced environments.

• Self-driven and accountable — someone who takes full ownership of outcomes.

• Eagerness to learn about blockchain technology, Ethereum, and onchain infrastructure.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with Web3 technologies or blockchain infrastructure (EVMs, rollups, validators, etc.).

• Background in infrastructure, database, or developer tooling companies.

• Understanding of usage-based or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) business models.
