This role focuses on managing and expanding the core client-facing interfaces used for staking, rewards, performance insights, and DeFi product access. The Product Manager will oversee the Hub dashboard and associated dApps, ensuring they support institutional and retail clients with reliable, data-driven functionality.

The position requires defining product vision, improving user experience, and coordinating with engineering and design teams to deliver cohesive, high-performance interfaces. The role also involves converting client feedback into roadmap direction, supporting integrations across product teams, and monitoring engagement metrics to guide ongoing improvements. This position is fully remote across multiple European regions.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Oversee the Hub interface, covering staking, rewards, analytics, and DeFi product modules.
• Define and maintain a clear product vision for institutional-grade user experiences.
• Work with design and engineering teams to produce data-rich, high-performance interfaces.
• Convert institutional client feedback into structured requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Lead development of dashboard features, analytics components, and user management tools.
• Coordinate with other product teams to ensure unified design and functional consistency.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research for UX and product improvements.
• Track key metrics related to engagement, retention, satisfaction, and feature usage.

🔹 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product management, preferably for B2B or fintech products.
• Background in building large-scale B2B interfaces from scratch.
• Strong experience collaborating on UI/UX, usability testing, and iterative feature design.
• Demonstrated success improving complex web application interfaces.
• Experience with dApps, dashboards, or crypto asset platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to define and analyze product metrics and user behavior patterns.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset regarding user experience.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum or Solana is a plus.
• Fluent English proficiency.
