Spree.Finance builds a loyalty and payments platform that aggregates loyalty points and stablecoins into a single, spendable, yield-bearing token used by merchants and consumers. The Product Designer (UI/UX) role owns the design of current and future products across the Spree Loyalty OS, translating complex infrastructure and token-based systems into intuitive enterprise and consumer experiences.

The designer works closely with technology, product, engineering, growth, marketing, and leadership teams to define flows, interfaces, and visual systems. This role covers the full design lifecycle—from concept exploration and user research through high-fidelity delivery and implementation—while establishing scalable design foundations that support merchant adoption and long-term product growth.

🔹 Responsibilities

Convert high-level product concepts into clear, usable experiences for merchants and brand partners
Design and simplify complex workflows such as onboarding, campaign creation, and token redemption
Own end-to-end UI/UX design from early concepts to production-ready Figma handoffs
Build, maintain, and evolve visual systems and design language as the platform scales
Conduct user research to identify merchant needs, behaviors, and pain points
Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align design with business goals
Present design decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders

🔹 Requirements

5+ years of experience in product design or UX with a portfolio of complex software products
Experience designing web and mobile interfaces, including flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
Ability to translate complex technical or business requirements into intuitive interfaces
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Portfolio link required with viewable access

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with fintech, payments, ad-tech, loyalty, or B2B/enterprise products
Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or token-based systems
Experience designing trust-sensitive user flows such as onboarding and transactions
Direct experience working with executive stakeholders
Background in user research and data-informed design iteration
Experience with motion design and usability-focused animation
