MLabs is recruiting on behalf of a venture-backed organization building stablecoin infrastructure and digital asset platforms for developers, fintech companies, and institutions. Based in Jersey City with a hybrid work model, this full-time Operations Analyst position supports transaction settlements, treasury workflows, reconciliations, onboarding activities, and customer operations across blockchain networks and banking systems. 

The role works closely with global operations teams to maintain accurate records, operational controls, and seamless transaction processing. 🔹 Responsibilities

• Execute and settle both blockchain and fiat transactions while ensuring operational processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor transaction activity and operational queues, verify wallet and transaction data, and escalate exceptions when required.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across blockchain activity, banking records, custodians, processing systems, and internal databases.
• Maintain operational documentation, workflow trackers, checklists, and process records to support consistency and visibility.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and control gaps and support process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a primary contact for customers and external partners, responding to operational inquiries and coordinating issue resolution.

🔹 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, operations, fintech, banking, treasury, payments, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows accurately.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within crypto, fintech, payments, or treasury operations.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts including wallets, transactions, block explorers, stablecoins, DeFi, and on-chain activity.
• Experience with reconciliation processes, settlement operations, or financial control frameworks.
• Experience using Google Apps Script, SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
• Experience working in high-growth and rapidly changing environments.
