Marketing Lead — Token Marketing / GTM

This role aligns with web3 security roles, focused on building structured marketing systems for product and token adoption.

As a Marketing Lead, you will own product GTM, token marketing, and ecosystem activation while building AI-powered marketing systems. The role involves working directly with leadership to translate strategy into execution, designing automated workflows, and driving adoption across a remote environment with US/EU time zone overlap.

Supporting teams focused on scaling a web3 team through structured GTM and ecosystem growth.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered marketing systems including agent-based workflows, automation pipelines, and reporting infrastructure
• Own go-to-market strategy for core products including Managed Triage and Bug Bounty Program Subscriptions
• Define ideal customer profiles and develop messaging architectures for technical security products
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear positioning for founders, protocol teams, and enterprise buyers
• Lead token marketing strategy, including positioning, narrative, and community engagement
• Activate ecosystem participants including security researchers, partners, and communities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive adoption and ARR growth

🔹Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience with strong focus on token marketing or Web3 ecosystem growth
• Strong product marketing fundamentals including ICP definition, messaging, and GTM execution
• Experience scaling marketing functions from zero-to-one in competitive environments
• Ability to design and deploy AI-driven marketing workflows and automation systems
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems including Telegram, Discord, and X
• Ability to translate technical concepts into effective communication for diverse audiences
• Experience in high-ownership, early-stage or turnaround environments
• Strong written communication skills for high-stakes messaging
• Background in crypto security, audits, blockchain infrastructure, or developer tools marketing preferred
• Experience with content programs, PR, and event marketing preferred
• Established network in the Web3 ecosystem preferred
