    The Role

    We’re seeking a Legal Operations Specialist who will act as a key operational link between legal, compliance, and business functions. Your work will streamline workflows, strengthen governance processes, and bring structure to how our legal function supports digital asset innovation.

    This role involves managing contract systems, coordinating corporate filings, maintaining internal legal tools, and driving efficiency initiatives that help scale legal operations in a high-growth fintech environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Operational & Technical Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and optimize our contract management platform (Ironclad) — from review cycles to repository oversight.

    • Support attorneys with updates to templates as new services or products are launched.

    • Respond to legal requests, subpoenas, and manage litigation tracking records.

    • Coordinate entity formations, integrations, and dissolutions, ensuring proper filings.

    • Manage access and onboarding for legal vendors and systems.

    Strategic & Project-based Impact:

    • Handle parallel workstreams across contract, governance, and administrative functions.

    • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose automation solutions.

    • Support cross-functional legal projects with timely coordination and delivery.

    Knowledge & Communication:

    • Maintain legal documentation and compliance archives across the organization.

    • Contribute to internal resources and knowledge bases on legal operations.

    • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project execution.

    • Are proficient with Google Workspace and database tools, or willing to learn quickly.

    • Communicate with discretion, precision, and professionalism.

    • Enjoy improving systems, simplifying processes, and solving operational bottlenecks.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Hands-on experience with Ironclad or Diligent platforms.

    • Prior exposure to FinTech, financial services, or crypto.

    • Familiarity with Notion or similar collaboration tools.

    • Bring curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to every challenge.
