OKX operates a global crypto exchange and develops products including OKX Wallet for digital asset trading and decentralized applications. The company is expanding its enterprise AI Native engineering platform to improve software development workflows through AI Agents, AI coding capabilities, and integrated engineering systems.
As a Junior Product Manager, you will support product planning, solution design, and workflow optimization across engineering, product, design, QA, and operations teams. The role focuses on building AI-powered capabilities that integrate with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, deployment environments, and knowledge systems while supporting continuous product adoption. This opportunity aligns with blockchain infrastructure roles where AI-assisted engineering platforms improve software delivery and operational efficiency.
🔹 Responsibilities
Participate in product planning, requirements analysis, solution design, and ongoing evolution of the AI Native engineering platform.
Build a deep understanding of the complete engineering lifecycle and translate collaboration patterns across product, design, engineering, QA, and operations into structured product solutions.
Design AI Agent capabilities for engineering workflows, including requirement analysis, solution generation, coding collaboration, test generation, environment orchestration, and knowledge management.
Drive integration between AI capabilities and engineering systems including code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, deployment environments, and knowledge platforms.
Establish product performance measurement, user feedback collection, and continuous optimization processes to support platform adoption from pilot programs to organization-wide deployment.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Outstanding fresh graduates with strong internship or relevant extracurricular experience are encouraged to apply.
Software Engineering or Computer Science background required to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Strong familiarity with AI coding platforms including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot.
Understanding of context engineering, knowledge management, tool integration, human-in-the-loop collaboration, and AI governance principles.
