Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who lives and breathes crypto — especially the Ethereum ecosystem. You understand blockchain infrastructure inside out and can translate technical concepts into compelling conversations. Whether in front of a mic or camera, you thrive on facilitating meaningful, well-balanced discussions that push the crypto dialogue forward.

Your curiosity drives you to engage with innovators, developers, and thinkers shaping Ethereum’s future. You’re articulate, composed, and capable of weaving narratives that inform, inspire, and entertain.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Podcast Host, you’ll be the creative voice and face behind Blockworks’ Ethereum-focused show. From conceptualizing ideas to interviewing guests and sharing insights, you’ll shape the stories that define the conversation around Ethereum.

Here’s what your role will include:

🎧 Host and Produce Episodes: Plan, script, and record two engaging episodes each week that unpack the most relevant Ethereum news, trends, and debates.

🧠 Develop Show Themes: Identify fresh angles by connecting macro trends, on-chain data, and the broader crypto narrative.

👥 Curate Guests: Find and secure leading voices — founders, researchers, and innovators — to keep each episode thought-provoking and original.

✍️ Collaborate on Written Content: Partner with editorial teams to contribute podcast-linked insights to newsletters.

📈 Grow the Audience: Leverage social media and community platforms to boost listenership and deepen engagement.

🤝 Support Brand Partnerships: Work with the sales and marketing teams to align podcast content with sponsorship opportunities.

🌐 Represent Blockworks IRL: Attend conferences, hackathons, and community events to amplify the show’s presence.

What You Bring

Strong knowledge of Ethereum and related blockchain infrastructure.
Experience producing or hosting technical content (podcasts, webinars, blogs, etc.).
A knack for identifying powerful stories and asking the right questions.
Proven success in growing or managing a digital audience.

Bonus Points If You Have

Published technical research or commentary in the blockchain domain.
Hands-on experience with live streaming or real-time discussions.
Established relationships within Ethereum and scaling communities.
A media or journalism background (on-camera experience a plus).
