Coinspaid operates CryptoProcessing, an Estonia-licensed stablecoin payment provider that enables businesses to accept digital assets and convert them into fiat. Serving more than 1,000 clients across industries, the company develops products at the intersection of crypto, blockchain, fintech, payments, and digital assets. This position will lead the launch and commercial growth of a new B2B product, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development teams. The role combines product ownership, market validation, client acquisition, go-to-market execution, and revenue strategy. Success will be measured through product-market fit, customer adoption, revenue impact, and business growth while helping drive blockchain infrastructure roles across the organization.

🔹 Responsibilities
• Own the launch of a new product within the company’s product portfolio.
• Define commercial strategy, target customer segments, value proposition, and go-to-market plans.
• Identify and validate B2B customer requirements, market opportunities, and practical use cases.
• Participate in discussions regarding product functionality, priorities, and business objectives.
• Resolve dependencies and operational blockers across departments.
• Convert market insights and customer feedback into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with Product teams on MVP delivery, feature prioritization, and product enhancements.
• Create commercial proposals, business cases, sales presentations, and enablement materials.
• Monitor business metrics including pipeline performance, conversion rates, revenue opportunities, adoption, and customer feedback.
• Build relationships with clients, fintech companies, payment providers, crypto businesses, partners, and institutional market participants.

🔹 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, commercial strategy, product management, or business ownership roles.
• Experience within crypto, blockchain, fintech, payments, digital assets, or related B2B technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles including lead generation, discovery, negotiations, partnership development, and closing.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and convert market opportunities into commercial outcomes.
• Product management experience involving requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap contributions, MVP delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate client needs into structured product and business requirements.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on revenue generation, customer value, and product-market fit.
• Analytical skills with experience evaluating business metrics, market data, and sales funnel performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to Have
• Experience launching a B2B product from inception.
• Experience with platforms such as CryptoProcessing or Fireblocks.
• Existing network within crypto, fintech, payments, exchanges, wallets, OTC, or institutional digital asset markets.
