The Opportunity

Echo Base is seeking an experienced Director of Product to oversee product strategy and execution across its core operations and portfolio businesses. This role will be responsible for setting standards in product delivery, ensuring commercial alignment, and driving measurable outcomes in growth, monetization, and scalability.

Unlike a pure ideation or startup incubation role, this position demands hands-on operational leadership — someone who can bridge strategic goals with technical execution, navigate stakeholder priorities, and deliver under demanding performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across Echo Base and affiliated portfolio ventures.

• Establish clear operational frameworks, sprint systems, and performance metrics to unify product execution.

• Translate high-level business goals into actionable product roadmaps for engineering and design teams.

• Prioritize initiatives across multiple stakeholders while maintaining alignment with commercial KPIs.

• Drive product strategy centered on ROI, revenue generation, and scalability.

• Manage complex, multi-product delivery pipelines with strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with founders, functional leads, and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure roadmap execution aligns with growth objectives.

• Oversee integration of new acquisitions and ensure alignment with Echo Base’s overarching product philosophy.

• Mentor and scale a results-driven product team built on accountability and measurable success.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Program Management in crypto, fintech, or trading infrastructure.

• Deep familiarity with crypto market structure, including wallets, custody, DeFi systems, and trading ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to translate commercial vision into technical execution, working fluidly with engineers, leadership, and external partners.

• Proven history of delivering revenue-focused product outcomes and data-driven decision-making.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, project prioritization, and navigating complex organizational structures.

• Strong project management background with experience coordinating multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in setting and tracking KPIs and building performance analytics frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced technical degree is advantageous.
