The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Content Strategist with a deep interest in finance, venture capital, and blockchain technology. This is a high-impact role for someone who can blend analytical depth with storytelling precision, crafting content that informs, persuades, and elevates Pantera’s brand in the global Web3 conversation.
You’ll collaborate directly with teams across Capital Formation, Systematic Marketing, and Research, as well as work closely with Pantera’s Founder and Managing Partner, to build narratives that drive thought leadership and investor confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Editorial & Research Writing
Lead the production of the Pantera Blockchain Letter, managing themes, research contributions, and overall editorial direction.
Author or co-author long-form insights and essays that push the boundaries of blockchain industry dialogue.
Collaborate with marketing and research teams to publish timely pieces on Pantera’s blog and partner platforms.
Capital Formation Support
Partner with the Capital Formation team to design fund-specific content, investor decks, and thematic campaigns.
Develop strategic messaging that reflects Pantera’s market position and investment vision.
Maintain a central repository of marketing materials and ensure consistency across all investor communications.
Marketing Campaigns & Messaging
Write and refine sales emails, newsletters, and thematic updates for existing and prospective investors.
Partner with the social media team to amplify narratives across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other channels.
Equip executives with talking points and briefing notes for media appearances, panels, and investor conferences.
Performance & Optimization
Track analytics to assess engagement and optimize content strategies for maximum reach and influence.
Support ad hoc initiatives and special editorial projects as they emerge.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Finance, or related field.
5–10 years of professional experience in financial communications, research writing, or content marketing.
Deep understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and the evolving crypto investment landscape.
Exceptional writing and editing skills — with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tools like HubSpot.
Sharp attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
