Associate Producer (Crypto Media)

The Block is a global digital assets research, news, and media platform operating across distributed teams and time zones. Within its Brand and Product Design function, this role supports the production and scaling of podcast and media content aimed at crypto-native audiences.

As a Crypto Associate Producer, you will manage end-to-end podcast workflows—from guest research and scheduling to publishing and analytics tracking—while collaborating with hosts and media leadership. The role focuses on execution across multiple concurrent media projects, aligning closely with web3 content and media roles that combine storytelling, analytics, and crypto market awareness in a remote-first setup.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Pitch guests and episode ideas based on relevant and emerging crypto topics
• Coordinate scheduling, recordings, and A/V checks with guests
• Conduct research and prepare background briefs and questions for hosts
• Assist in publishing episodes and maintaining analytics tracking
• Contribute ideas for new media formats and execute approved projects
• Support research and planning across broader media initiatives

🔹 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in podcast or video production
• Familiarity with tools such as Riverside, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, OBS, YouTube Studio, Wordpress
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability across multiple projects
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to identify compelling stories, guests, and trends in crypto
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
