How do I start a career in blockchain regulation and compliance with a finance or legal background? I want to know if my skills in finance and law are useful for blockchain compliance jobs. I have no hands-on blockchain tech experience.

Do I need to learn coding for compliance roles, or is that unnecessary? Are certifications like CBP worth the money, or just resume boosters? If you moved from finance or law to blockchain, what challenges did you face?
