    I know many professionals will not ask this or laugh at me but still can anyone tell me how to behave in first months of working as junior smart contract developer so that i can build trust in these first few days. I am not looking for rigid checklist, just a survival guide.

    What are the habits that make seniors feel safe trusting you with production? And what are the tiny mistakes that start breaking trust early?

    If you could go back to your first month again — what would you change?

    I would suggest a strong habit: tiny PRs with clear context, note “why this change” and “what to check.” That tells reviewers where to focus.

    I wish I learned to say: “I don’t know yet, but here are my options…” I tried pretending confidence and it blew up.
