    Can you get a blockchain job without tech skills? I’ve been a stay-at-home mom for four years. I don’t have coding or IT experience. I keep seeing blockchain jobs everywhere.

    Are there real opportunities for non-tech people like me? I’m interested in roles like marketing, writing, or community management.

    Has anyone here switched to blockchain from a non-technical background? I’d love any advice on how to start a blockchain career without tech skills.

    For non-techies, Community management is a good option. Web3 industry revolves around the marketing and community building is crucial for it.

The industry needs people with skills in marketing, content writing, community management, project coordination, HR, and customer support. Many blockchain companies value strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn over technical expertise, especially for non-developer roles.

    Start by learning the basics of blockchain—there are plenty of free resources and beginner courses online. Get active in blockchain communities, follow industry news, and showcase your transferable skills on your resume and LinkedIn.

    If you have experience managing communities or creating content, highlight that. Many projects are looking for people who can help them grow and engage their audience. With curiosity and persistence, you can absolutely break into the blockchain industry without coding skills.
