🎨 About the Role

As a Web3 UI/UX Designer, you’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to craft interfaces that make complex distributed systems feel effortless. Your design work will shape how users interact with Gensyn’s compute protocol — from onboarding and dashboards to wallet connections and signing flows.

You’ll also help evolve Gensyn’s design system, ensuring consistency and clarity across multiple product surfaces.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Lead user research and map out clear, intuitive user journeys.
Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using a component-driven approach.
Conduct usability testing and iterate rapidly based on insights.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility.
Own and scale Gensyn’s design system and interaction patterns.
Design Web3-native experiences — wallet connections, on-chain actions, and secure signing flows.
Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and simplicity in every interaction.

💡 Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills

3+ years of UX/UI or product design experience with shipped web apps.
A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design thinking.
Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments.

Preferred Experience

Prior work on Web3 or crypto-based products.
Familiarity with analytics-driven iteration and A/B testing.
Understanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
Experience maintaining a design system across multiple products.

Nice-to-Have

Interest in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cryptography.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools like Cursor, Codex, or Figma Make.
