We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a fast-moving engineering team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions for Crypto.com’s venture projects. These projects are experimental, agile, and strategically aligned with our core business ecosystem.

As part of this lean and innovative team, you’ll contribute to both frontend and backend development, working across the entire stack — from UI design to backend architecture — to create seamless, scalable, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop backend services and operations that power products bridging Crypto.com with developers and end users.
Work on expanding retail trading solutions to new global markets.
Architect and implement systems that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across backend infrastructure.
Deliver real-time, dependable trading data streams to customers.
Act as a project owner, taking full responsibility for technical execution and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to evolve our technology stack for future growth.
Write and maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed features.
Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for live systems.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails or Golang.
Exposure to Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is a plus.
Proficiency in designing systems for scalability, performance, and security.
Familiarity with financial systems or blockchain technology is advantageous.
Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative development environment.
